IHI RH-Series
Produced from the 1980s to the 2000s for engines in the 150-1,800 kW range with pressure ratios up to 4.0:1, RH-Series (Gen 3) is one of the most common marine turbocharger series in existence, built with semi-floating bearings and an engine-lubricated central oil supply to run nonstop on heavy fuel oil auxiliary sets. The -D and -E suffixes mark successive evolutionary trim and efficiency modifications.
