KBB R-Series
Produced from the 1990s to 2015 for engines in the 200-2,500 kW range with pressure ratios up to 4.0:1, R-Series is KBB's extensively distributed commercial auxiliary standard, built with specialized uncooled turbine casings to block high-temperature heavy fuel oil casing corrosión. The trailing digits denote structural sizing: compressor and turbine wheel trim parameters specific to each frame.
