The Yanmar EY22 is an in-line six-cylinder, four-stroke, medium-speed diesel engine with a 220 mm bore and 320 mm stroke. The 6EY22AW is the propulsion version, rated 736 to 1370 kW. The 6EY22LW and 6EY22ALW are the auxiliary versions for generator sets, rated 660 to 1080 kW and 880 to 1500 kW.
