Deep Groove Ball Bearings

Single row ball bearings (open, sealed or shielded) with optimized internal geometry, for high speeds, heavy loads and low noise.

M Machined brass cage guided on the balls, for very high operating speeds. Available with MB/MA cage guidance, lubrication grooves (S), or a locating slot for axial location (N1).
J High-strength pressed steel cage guided on the balls, for high operating speeds. Available with a snap ring groove for axial location (N).
TN Moulded glass fiber reinforced polyamide snap-in cage, for very high accelerations and operating speeds.
ZZ Two non-contacting steel shields, supplied grease-filled for maintenance-free operation without compromising limiting speed.
2RS Two contacting rubber seals, supplied grease-filled for maintenance-free operation with enhanced contaminant exclusion.

Angular Contact Ball Bearings

Used where combined loads, high speeds and runout accuracy are required. Single row types can be paired face-to-face (DF) or back-to-back (DB).

M Single non-universal execution with a machined brass cage, for very high operating speeds, with 25°, 30° or 40° contact angles.
QJ Split inner ring, supports axial loads only, with two locating slots (N2). Also available as one-piece inner / two-piece outer ring (Q).
DB Back-to-back paired arrangement, preset or adjusted BEP, giving a stiffer mount that withstands tilting moments.
DF Face-to-face paired arrangement, preset or adjusted BEP, with optional lubricated inner/outer spacers.
DFM Non-separable double row, open face-to-face design, supporting high combined loads.
DB+ZZ Non-separable double row, shielded back-to-back design, keeping grease inside without compromising limiting speed.

Spherical Roller Bearings

Engineered to withstand high radial forces and moderate axial forces in both directions, dynamically accommodating shaft misalignment.

Main Designs

MA For medium/large bearings, symmetrical roller profile, two-piece brass cage guided on the outer ring.
MB For medium bearings at medium-high speeds with high load capacity, two-piece brass cage guided on the inner ring.
CA For large bearings withstanding high radial and moderate axial loads, one-piece double-pronged brass or steel cage.
CC Ribless inner ring for medium bearings at medium-high speeds, two-piece pressed steel window-type cage.
ECA Large-size version of the CA design with an optimized roller set for increased load capacity.

Special Designs

SEALED Integral rubber seals on both sides (2CZ) for harsh working conditions, medium/large bearings at medium speeds.
ROVSX Designed for vibratory equipment, with higher-than-normal radial internal clearance and running accuracy.
WOR For the gear output shaft of truck concrete mixers, wider outer ring, greater permissible misalignment.
SPLIT Engineered for hard-to-reach positions (e.g. bucket wheel excavators), facilitating mounting, dismounting and maintenance.
ECCS Ribless inner ring for small/medium bearings, cage with a slotted open face to improve lubricant flow, suitable for harsh environments.

Cylindrical Roller Bearings

For heavy radial loads and medium speeds, with the highest load rating capacities and improved internal geometry.

Single Row

NU Outer ring with two integral ribs, ribless inner ring, for non-locating position.
N Ribless outer ring, inner ring with two integral ribs, for non-locating position.
NUP Outer ring with two integral ribs, inner ring with one integral and one loose rib, can be used in locating position.
NJ Outer ring with two integral ribs, inner ring with one integral rib, one-direction locating position.
NJG Full complement (cageless) separable design for increased load capacity, one-direction locating position.
NJGL Circumferentially split outer ring, lamellar brass cage, maintains high carrying capacity without compromising speed.
NCF Full complement (cageless) design for increased load capacity, one-direction locating position.

Double Row

NNU Outer ring with three integral ribs, ribless inner ring, available with cylindrical or tapered bore.
NN Ribless outer ring, inner ring with three integral ribs, available with cylindrical or tapered bore.
SL01 (NNC-C) Split outer ring clamped with a retaining ring, full complement design, can be used in locating position.
SL02 (NNCL-C) Ribless outer ring, full complement design with a separating ring between the two roller rows.
SL04 (NNF) Full complement design, integrated rubber seals on both sides to avoid contamination, supplied filled with grease.
SL18 (NNCF) Full complement design, one-direction locating position, available with lubrication holes.

Multi Row

AF2D For small/medium bearings, double-pronged high-strength steel cage for corrosion resistance.
GB2DX For rolling mill stands with automatic roll-changing devices, long-short roller arrangement for better load distribution.
F2CII/EVO For large bearings, pierced-roller design for increased carrying capacity.
D2CII For medium/large bearings, designed to facilitate mounting and dismounting.
Q2ACEVO For large bearings with an increased inner ring shoulder for seal seating.

Tapered Roller Bearings

Engineered to withstand combined radial and thrust loads, in metric or inch measurements, single row, matched pair, double and four-row configurations.

Single Row

TRB-TS Separable design, one-piece pressed steel cage, supports radial and axial loads in one direction, suitable for medium-high speeds.
TRB-DB Matched set in back-to-back arrangement, high stiffness, reduced angular misalignment, preset or adjusted BEP.
TRB-DF Matched set in face-to-face arrangement, lower stiffness, increased angular misalignment tolerance, preset or adjusted BEP.

Double Row

TDO One double cup, two single cones with a spacer between them, high stiffness, reduced angular misalignment.
TDONASW One double cup, two single cones, executed without a spacer, with lateral shields or seals for contaminant exclusion.
TDI Two single cups, one double cone with a spacer between the cups.
TDIS Two single cups, one double cone, increased contact angle for high axial load capacity.
TDISS Two single cups, one double cone, lateral seals for contaminant exclusion, increased contact angle.

Four-Row

TQO Three ribless outer rings plus two cup spacers, two inner rings plus a cone spacer, supports radial and axial loads in both directions.
TQO-NOSPACER/G Three ribless outer rings, two inner rings, executed without spacers, lubrication grooves in the double cone side faces.
TQO-PIERCED/G Pierced-roller execution to increase load capacity, four two-piece steel pin type cages.
TQOS/AVS2/G Lateral flanges with lip seals and o-rings on both sides, Anti-Vortex System cone spacer seal set.
TQIT Two double-cup outer rings plus a spacer, three inner rings, available with cylindrical (TQI) or tapered bore (TQIT).

Thrust Bearings

Designed to support high axial loads and, in some cases, moderate radial loads, with flat or spherical housing locating washers.

Double Direction

52M Flat housing washers, separable design, machined brass cage guided on the balls, medium-high bidirectional axial loads.
WS+GS Separable components: shaft washers (WS) plus housing washers (GS), stiff arrangement, very high bidirectional axial loads.
TTK1 Separable compact units, intermediate washer centered on the shaft, very high bidirectional axial loads.
TTK2 Low cross-section separable units, intermediate washer centered on the housing, very high bidirectional axial loads.
