Azcue CM Series
Series CM: vertical in-line, single-stage centrifugal pumps, covering model configurations from 50/16 (R) up to 250/40. Rated for continuous operation up to 90°C (130°C under requirement), with a mechanical shaft seal and counterclockwise rotation as seen from the motor. Running speeds are 1450 and 2900 rpm at 50Hz, or 1750 and 3500 rpm at 60Hz, with IEC V1 motor mounting on the main pump and B3/B5 on the priming unit where fitted. Lubrication is grease-based with periodic refilling. Flanges follow DIN 2501 PN16 up to DN150 and PN10 from DN200 upward. The flexible coupling includes a spacer, allowing the impeller, seal, and other inner parts to be fully dismantled without removing the electric motor or disconnecting the suction and discharge pipelines. Volute casing, impeller, and casing cover are bronze (G-CuSn5ZnPb/Rg5) or cast iron (GG25) as standard, with a stainless steel shaft (X5CrNiMo18.10/AISI 316); nodular cast iron, stainless steel, and other bronze alloys are available under requirement.
The series is available in six executions. The standard CM has no priming pump. CM-GR adds a manual priming pump driven by the main pump shaft via conical gears; CM-GF is the same but automatically positions itself into service once primed. CM-EP uses an independent, electric motor-driven liquid ring priming pump with automatic switch-off, and CM-EF adds a mechanical float purger to prevent fluid discharge outside the priming pump. CM-VP instead uses an automated priming system operated by a compressed air venturi ejector.

Reference Numbers
These reference numbers identify a part's position on the series diagram — the exact part fitted differs by model. To order, provide the reference number together with the model name and the serial number stamped on the nameplate.
