In production since 2005 for engines in the 100-400 kW range with pressure ratios up to 4.2:1, GT..VNT is Garrett's variable nozzle technology line, using moving internal vanes across an aerodynamic turbine throat to maximize throttle response at low engine speeds and drastically cut auxiliary smoke emissions.
